Privacy
We collect as little as we can: what you type into a form, and simple counts of how many people visit. We don't sell it and we don't use it for anything except selling and servicing cars.

Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send a question, book a viewing, ask for a trade-in number or ask us to source a car, we keep what you entered: your name, email and phone if you gave them, your message, the car you asked about and any trade-in details (year, model, kilometres, VIN).
- Messages elsewhere. If you contact us by Facebook, Instagram, AutoTrader or phone, staff may copy your name, contact details and what you asked into the same enquiry list so nothing gets lost.
- Where you came from. We note whether a visit or an enquiry came from Instagram, Facebook, Google, AutoTrader and so on. This is stored as daily totals, not per person.
- Visit counts. Page and car views are counted per day. We don't store IP addresses, browser fingerprints or visitor IDs for this, and we skip it entirely when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Cookies and storage
- One small cookie remembers the site's display style if you pick one.
- Your browser's session storage remembers which site sent you here until you close the tab.
How we use it
To answer you, arrange viewings and test drives, value your trade-in, find the car you asked for, and follow up on that enquiry. We may email or text you about the car you asked about for up to six months after your last enquiry, or two years after you buy from us, as Canada's anti-spam law allows. Every promotional message has a way to opt out, and we stop within 10 business days.
Who sees it
Our own staff, and the services that run the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database and email routing) stores the data on servers that may be outside Canada, including in the United States. If you ask about financing, we only pass your details to a lender after you agree to it. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or sale and to meet our legal and dealer-licence obligations. After that we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC.
